Story
NatWest Group grew financial planning faster than the local tools around it. From the United Kingdom, financials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. FP&A were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Temenos SaaS put planning and forecasting on Temenos. Temenos provides core banking and digital banking software used by financial institutions to run accounts, payments, and channels. NatWest Group keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so FP&A do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier planning and forecasting. Financial planning is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join FP&A without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
