Story
Financials work at Adyen spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in the Netherlands. Financial planning was splitting across regional habits. FP&A asked for a shared way to run planning and forecasting without freezing local judgment.
Temenos (Temenos Infinity) is what they standardized on. Temenos provides core banking and digital banking software used by financial institutions to run accounts, payments, and channels. Adyen uses it as the system of record for financial planning, with FP&A as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
