Story
Toast did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed program management to move. In the United States, project and operations leads already knew where cross-team delivery went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Brandfolder from Smartsheet is now in that path. Smartsheet is a work management platform that uses familiar sheet views to run projects, processes, and portfolios.
