Story
BYD grew distributed meetings faster than the local tools around it. From China, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Employees and partners were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Box Governance put hybrid collaboration on Box. Box is a content cloud for storing, sharing, and governing enterprise files, with workflow and AI features for knowledge work. BYD keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so employees and partners do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier hybrid collaboration. Distributed meetings is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join employees and partners without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
