Story
Kuaishou grew order management faster than the local tools around it. From China, communication services teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Order desk and finance were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

SAP is the global leader in enterprise resource planning software, with S/4HANA, business technology platform services, and industry cloud applications. Kuaishou keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so order desk and finance do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier order to cash. Order management is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join order desk and finance without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
