Story
Labelbox grew access control faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, information technology teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. IAM and helpdesk were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Okta Workforce Identity put identity operations on Okta. Okta is an identity platform for workforce and customer authentication, single sign-on, and lifecycle management. Labelbox keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so IAM and helpdesk do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier identity operations. Access control is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join IAM and helpdesk without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
