Pirelli did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed order to cash to move. In Italy, order desk and finance already knew where order management went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Infor Financials from Infor is now in that path. Infor delivers industry-specific cloud ERP and supply chain applications for manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and distribution. The company treats it as production tooling for order to cash, which is why order desk and finance live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
