Story
Hyatt Hotels did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed remote access to move. In the United States, network and IT already knew where private application access went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Auth0 from Okta is now in that path. Okta is an identity platform for workforce and customer authentication, single sign-on, and lifecycle management. The company treats it as production tooling for remote access, which is why network and IT live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Hyatt Hotels can show how private application access is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run remote access on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
