Story
Spotify grew cross-team delivery faster than the local tools around it. From Sweden, communication services teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Project and operations leads were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Notary put program management on DocuSign. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. Spotify keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so project and operations leads do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
