Story
Bumble did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed documentation to move. In the United States, specialists and new hires already knew where institutional knowledge went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Box Governance from Box is now in that path. Box is a content cloud for storing, sharing, and governing enterprise files, with workflow and AI features for knowledge work. The company treats it as production tooling for documentation, which is why specialists and new hires live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Bumble can show how institutional knowledge is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run documentation on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
