Story
Yanmar did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed operations automation to move. In Japan, ops and platform teams already knew where task agents went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Spaces from Hugging Face is now in that path. Hugging Face is the open platform for machine learning models, datasets, and inference that teams use to share and serve models. The company treats it as production tooling for operations automation, which is why ops and platform teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Yanmar can show how task agents is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run operations automation on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
