Story
Sonova did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed care delivery to move. In Switzerland, clinicians and HIM already knew where clinical records went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Veeva PromoMats from Veeva is now in that path. Veeva provides cloud software for life sciences, covering clinical, quality, commercial, and regulatory content on Vault. The company treats it as production tooling for care delivery, which is why clinicians and HIM live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Sonova can show how clinical records is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run care delivery on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
