Story
Aisin grew operations visibility faster than the local tools around it. From Japan, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Operations engineers were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Unity Industry put plant and field operations on Unity. Unity is a real-time 3D platform used for games, digital twins, and industrial visualization. Aisin keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so operations engineers do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier plant and field operations. Operations visibility is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join operations engineers without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
