Story
SSE did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed documentation to move. In the United Kingdom, specialists and new hires already knew where institutional knowledge went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
GitHub Copilot from Microsoft is now in that path. Microsoft provides productivity, business applications, and developer tools used across the enterprise, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and GitHub. The company treats it as production tooling for documentation, which is why specialists and new hires live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
