Siemens Digital Industries did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed agreement management to move. In Germany, legal and business owners already knew where contract routing went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Bitbucket from Atlassian is now in that path. Atlassian provides work management and DevOps software, including Jira and Confluence, used by software and business teams. The company treats it as production tooling for agreement management, which is why legal and business owners live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
