Story
Southern Copper grew endpoint detection faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, materials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. SOC analysts were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Singularity Cloud put security operations on SentinelOne. SentinelOne is an autonomous cybersecurity platform for endpoint, identity, and cloud detection and response. Southern Copper keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so SOC analysts do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier security operations. Endpoint detection is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join SOC analysts without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
