Story

Safran did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed record to report to move. In France, controllers and shared services already knew where financial close went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

NetSuite from Oracle is now in that path. Oracle delivers enterprise applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, including Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The company treats it as production tooling for record to report, which is why controllers and shared services live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

Safran can show how financial close is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run record to report on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
