Story
Ramp did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed source to pay to move. In the United States, procurement and AP already knew where procurement and payables went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Supply Chain Design from Coupa is now in that path. Coupa is a spend management platform for procurement, invoicing, expenses, and supply chain design used by finance and procurement teams. The company treats it as production tooling for source to pay, which is why procurement and AP live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
