Story
Petronas did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed order to cash to move. In Malaysia, order desk and finance already knew where order management went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Sage Copilot from Sage is now in that path. Sage provides accounting, ERP, and HR software used by small and midsize businesses to run finance and operations. The company treats it as production tooling for order to cash, which is why order desk and finance live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Petronas can show how order management is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run order to cash on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
