Rolling out Treasury put plan to produce on Coupa. Coupa is a spend management platform for procurement, invoicing, expenses, and supply chain design used by finance and procurement teams. NIO keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so planners and plant leads do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier plan to produce. Supply and production planning is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join planners and plant leads without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
