Story
Netmarble did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed identity operations to move. In South Korea, IAM and helpdesk already knew where access control went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Zscaler Deception from Zscaler is now in that path. Zscaler delivers cloud-native zero trust networking so users connect to applications without a traditional VPN or castle-and-moat network. The company treats it as production tooling for identity operations, which is why IAM and helpdesk live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Netmarble can show how access control is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run identity operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
