Story
NetApp did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed hybrid collaboration to move. In the United States, employees and partners already knew where distributed meetings went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Zoom AI Companion from Zoom is now in that path. Zoom provides video meetings, phone, and contact center products used for internal collaboration and customer conversations. The company treats it as production tooling for hybrid collaboration, which is why employees and partners live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
