Story
Nestle did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed pay operations to move. In Switzerland, payroll teams already knew where payroll processing went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Workday Peakon from Workday is now in that path. Workday delivers cloud human capital management and financials used to run core HR, payroll, planning, and accounting on one system. The company treats it as production tooling for pay operations, which is why payroll teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
