Story
ASM International did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed platform operations to move. In the Netherlands, infrastructure and application teams already knew where cloud landing zones went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Azure DevOps from Microsoft Azure is now in that path. Microsoft Azure is a public cloud platform for infrastructure, data, AI, and application services used by enterprises to host and modernize workloads. The company treats it as production tooling for platform operations, which is why infrastructure and application teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
ASM International can show how cloud landing zones is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run platform operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
