Story
Mass General Brigham did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed applied AI delivery to move. In the United States, ML and product teams already knew where model serving went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Looker from Google Cloud is now in that path. Google Cloud provides infrastructure, analytics, and AI services, including BigQuery and Vertex AI, for data-heavy and machine learning workloads. The company treats it as production tooling for applied AI delivery, which is why ML and product teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Mass General Brigham can show how model serving is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run applied AI delivery on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
