Story

Marriott International did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed engineering to move. In the United States, developers already knew where software delivery went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

Amazon Bedrock Claude from Anthropic is now in that path. Anthropic builds the Claude family of AI models used for analysis, coding, and workplace assistants with an emphasis on reliability. The company treats it as production tooling for engineering, which is why developers live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

Marriott International can show how software delivery is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run engineering on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
