Story
LVMH grew cross-team delivery faster than the local tools around it. From France, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Project and operations leads were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Dropbox Sign put program management on Dropbox. Dropbox is a content collaboration platform for storing, sharing, and reviewing files across teams and external partners. LVMH keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so project and operations leads do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier program management. Cross-team delivery is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join project and operations leads without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
