Story

Vattenfall grew task agents faster than the local tools around it. From Sweden, utilities teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Ops and platform teams were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

Rolling out Enterprise Hub put operations automation on Hugging Face. Hugging Face is the open platform for machine learning models, datasets, and inference that teams use to share and serve models. Vattenfall keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so ops and platform teams do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.

The visible result is steadier operations automation. Task agents is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join ops and platform teams without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
