Story
Consumer Discretionary work at Tesla spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in the United States. Contract routing was splitting across regional habits. Legal and business owners asked for a shared way to run agreement management without freezing local judgment.
DocuSign (CLM) is what they standardized on. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. Tesla uses it as the system of record for contract routing, with legal and business owners as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
