Story
Gensler grew distributed meetings faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, industrials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Employees and partners were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out DocuSign eSignature put hybrid collaboration on DocuSign. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. Gensler keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so employees and partners do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier hybrid collaboration. Distributed meetings is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join employees and partners without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
