Story
Inside Foxconn, reliability engineering used to depend on whoever still had the latest file. That pattern is common in information technology groups working out of Taiwan. SRE and operations needed a system that would still make sense after the original project team moved on.
Foxconn uses GitHub Copilot from Microsoft Azure as the working layer for backup and failover. Microsoft Azure is a public cloud platform for infrastructure, data, AI, and application services used by enterprises to host and modernize workloads.
