Story
Information Technology work at Env0 spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Israel. Payroll processing was splitting across regional habits. Payroll teams asked for a shared way to run pay operations without freezing local judgment.
Workday (Workday Financial Management) is what they standardized on. Workday delivers cloud human capital management and financials used to run core HR, payroll, planning, and accounting on one system. Env0 uses it as the system of record for payroll processing, with payroll teams as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
