Story
Information Technology work at DNAnexus spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in the United States. Cross-team delivery was splitting across regional habits. Project and operations leads asked for a shared way to run program management without freezing local judgment.
DocuSign (Identity) is what they standardized on. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. DNAnexus uses it as the system of record for cross-team delivery, with project and operations leads as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
