Story

HackerOne grew private application access faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, information technology teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Network and IT were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

Rolling out Falcon Insight put remote access on CrowdStrike. CrowdStrike is a cloud-native cybersecurity platform focused on endpoint detection, identity protection, and managed threat hunting. HackerOne keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so network and IT do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.

The visible result is steadier remote access. Private application access is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join network and IT without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
