Story
CMA CGM grew cross-team delivery faster than the local tools around it. From France, industrials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Project and operations leads were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Microsoft 365 put program management on Microsoft. Microsoft provides productivity, business applications, and developer tools used across the enterprise, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and GitHub. CMA CGM keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so project and operations leads do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
