Story
Cipla did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed shared services to move. In India, HR, facilities, and finance ops already knew where employee requests went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
AMI from BMC is now in that path. BMC provides IT service management, operations, and workflow automation software, including Helix and Control-M. The company treats it as production tooling for shared services, which is why HR, facilities, and finance ops live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Cipla can show how employee requests is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run shared services on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
