Story

Bosch did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed change control to move. In Germany, engineering and quality already knew where product lifecycle data went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

Ansys SimAI from Ansys is now in that path. Ansys (now part of Synopsys) supplies engineering simulation software for structures, fluids, electronics, and optics. The company treats it as production tooling for change control, which is why engineering and quality live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

Bosch can show how product lifecycle data is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run change control on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
