Story
Nexon grew distributed meetings faster than the local tools around it. From South Korea, communication services teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Employees and partners were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Jira put hybrid collaboration on Atlassian. Atlassian provides work management and DevOps software, including Jira and Confluence, used by software and business teams. Nexon keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so employees and partners do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier hybrid collaboration. Distributed meetings is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join employees and partners without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
