Story
American Tower REIT grew contract routing faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, real estate teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Legal and business owners were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Atlas put agreement management on Atlassian. Atlassian provides work management and DevOps software, including Jira and Confluence, used by software and business teams. American Tower REIT keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so legal and business owners do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier agreement management. Contract routing is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join legal and business owners without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
