Story
AGCO grew model serving faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, industrials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. ML and product teams were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Red Hat Insights put applied AI delivery on Red Hat. Red Hat, an IBM company, provides enterprise open source platforms, including RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible, for hybrid cloud. AGCO keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so ML and product teams do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier applied AI delivery. Model serving is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join ML and product teams without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
