Story
Revvity grew payroll processing faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, health care teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Payroll teams were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out ADP Talent put pay operations on ADP. ADP provides payroll, HR, tax, and workforce management software used by employers to run pay and people operations. Revvity keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so payroll teams do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier pay operations. Payroll processing is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join payroll teams without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
